The backstock is adjustable for length-of-pull, which is great for shooters of all sizes. The lightweight, 16.4-inch stainless steel barrel helps the gun to be incredibly agile, and also resists corrosion while sporting an aesthetic that is both sleek and menacing. Overall, the gun points naturally, and is as comfortable as any rifle I have ever fired.
The accuracy of the Stainless Pro Raptor II is something to be envied. My recent groupings with this gun have all been well under 1 MOA at 100 yards using standard issues .223Rem factory ammo. With the addition of a good scope, I cannot imagine anyone having any accuracy issues with this gun. The trigger is also incredibly smooth, which helps to increase the accuracy while shooting. The trigger pull, even from the factory, is a crisp 4 pounds with minimal creep or over-travel.
The last thing that I truly admire about the Kimber Stainless Pro Raptor II is the build quality and ruggedness of this firearm. Despite its beautiful aesthetics, this gun is built like a tank. The upper receiver is constructed from 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, and is fitted with a mil-spec front pivot pin and rear take-down pin. The free-floating M-LOK fore-end ensures accuracy and stability while shooting, and is surrounded by a highly rigid and lightweight handguard. The bolt carrier group is heat-treated and shot-peened per mil-spec, and it accepts mil-spec AR-15 parts such as barrels and triggers.
